    This was my first experience with travel insurance. I had a lot of questions so I called customer service. The agent was helpful and made sure all my questions were answered. The coverage I purchased allowed me to enjoy my vacation with no concerns about financial hardship that could arise. Luckily I didn't need the coverage but it's a blessing knowing that if you need it you got it. Thanks!!

    I was charge twice for the amount of travel insurance.The first customer service I talked to states she can't find a record that I was charge twice so I was told to fax them a copy af my bank statement showing that I was charge 2x.I have to go to my bank and they fax the copy of my statement. to the fax number provided to me. Then I called to check if they received my fax, I was told they did'nt received the fax my bank sent.I never did received a follow up call about this issue and it's so frustating.The next day I e mail the customer service and finally someone answered my e mail and she resolved the issue.I think her name is Lupe.

    Until I discussed the policy I was looking for with customer service, I was a little confused on which policy to get, but after I discussed this with customer service and they filtered the policy type I needed with the coverage I was looking for, it was a much better experience and I would recommend this site to my friends and family.

    I chose CSA because they fulfilled my requests and because of pricing. I have filed a claim with them which was very tedious to fill out and I just heard back from them, (about 30 days went by). I had to call them to see if they had received the claim. I will wait to comment on recommending them until this claim is resolved. So far I have not been impressed.
