Great service, easy to compare policies and benefits, certainly recommend!

Having the travel insurance gave me peace of mind. I knew if I had to cancel my trip I would not be losing a lot of money. Luckily, nothing happened to cause me to cancel our trip.

It was reassuring to know I had full insurance coverage for a wonderful trip to Ireland during September 2014. I will use your services again...for an upcoming trip to Puerto Vallarta from November 29 through December 18, 2014.

Squaremouth is a great site. It allowed me to shop for the best travel insurance for my needs. The agent in customer service was extremely helpful in narrowing down insurance plans that would satisfy my specific requirements. CSA Travel Protection was very simple to apply for on line and very reasonable. It was a lot less than taking it through our cruise line and it covered my entire trip, not just the cruise part. I was very pleased with the customer service that I received with this company when I had questions about the coverage and policy. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

After having a few medical issues I decided to buy trip insurance for the first time. Signing up was easy. Although the insurance is costly it gave me great peace of mind to know that if anything should happen I would have good medical treatment and transportation back to the USA if necessary. I was able to enjoy every moment of our trip. I will buy CSA insurance for future trips.

My final comments will be after my claim has been handled / settled. Until then the jury is out.

I will not recommend Square Mouth to others until I have a better understanding of how you take care of your policy holders on the back end.

I have used CSA for a few trips, but never had to file a claim. I had planned to visit Vietnam and Cambodia on my most recent trip. I had a medical emergency 4 days before my departure date, was hospitalized for a week, and therefore had to cancel my trip. I notified my travel agent first and then called CSA. The CSA agent said that he would email the claim form to me and that I had 90 days to return it. I filled it out within 2 weeks of my return home and sent it in. I had my claim approved and the check sent to me within a few weeks. It was an expensive trip. CSA covered all my non-refundable expenses. I have already bought CSA policies for my next 2 trips.
