    I think I was wisely guided to Global Alert by a very capable rep from Squaremouth at the beginning. When I couldn't print my policy I asked it to be sent. It arrived when I got home, which didn't impress me. I still believe Global Alert is a fine policy. The person online who works for them is lax in his job representation.

    Asked a question about pre-existing conditions.
    Agent on the phone did not know the answer to my question.
    I was placed on hold while the agent tried to get an answer to my question.
    After 45 - 60 minutes on hold without the agent coming back to talk with me I finally hung up.

    The claim process was unusually long, more than six weeks although they state up to 15 days. And, they had every piece of data required!
