We did not male a claim but we felt very secure and comfortable
I had no problem at all applying for the insurance and the price was very reasonable. I had no need to make a claim so I have no way to evaluate their service in that respect, which I think is the most important aspect of having insurance.
Although I didn't need to make a claim on this trip, my previous dealings with Customer Service lead me to believe that it would be handled efficiently and well.
I did not have any claims during my trip. But it was simple to purchase online and very reasonable price. I will use your service again when I go out of the country.
I really cannot provide a meaningful rating. It was very easy to sign up online; the coverage was exactly what I needed at a reasonable price; I had no reason to contact customer service and did not file any claims.

Fortunately, I didn't need to contact the insurance provider for any lost luggage, itinerary change, medical emergency or anything else. Nor did I need to make any claim.
Couldn't answer two questions based on the provider's performance as we didn't need to make a claim.
The providers performance before the trip was very good, policy questions were easy to complete and covered our basic needs, also it was reasonably priced.
Something went wrong between square mouth and itravel. It took a series of emails and phone calls to get all of our documents to agree. I've used both square mouth and itravel before and this is the first time there has been a problem, so I won't hold it against either company.
However, a flood in Colorado forced us to cancel the original trip plans. When we called itravel to find out our options, they were not cooperative. Fortunately the condominium parent company gave us our money back and found us another destination. So our trip was fine, and we don't need to file a claim, but it has made me question how itravel would act if we DID need to file a claim.
