Also the insurance benefited as two people were detained at London and the proof of insurance convinced the customs that they were legit and could go on the next flight to their destination!

I called because I had a problem and had paid for a policy that offered this service. The thought that my situation would have been more serious makes me shudder. I will not use your company again.

The cruise line only refunded about 50% but the insurance came through for the rest plus the non-reusable airline tickets. I will always buy cruise insurance and Squaremouth is a great place to find it.
