Having filed a claim for a canceled vacation during all the terrible hurricanes in September, I expected an extremely long turnaround time to process my claim and wouldn't have been surprised if administrative challenges slowed the process. I submitted the required paperwork and just one phone call about 30 days after the claim I was told the check was going out and sure enough two days later it was in my mailbox. Incredible service considering the very high volume of claims they were handling. I just bought another policy that I am hopeful I will not need to file a claim on, but I know it's there with a great company behind it if I do. Thanks to all the great folks at RoamRight. I wouldn't take a vacation without it.
