    The claim payment was a bit slow. Understandable at first due to the hurricanes. However after I was asked to submit documentation which I did promptly, I had to email RoamRight 2 weeks later to inquire about status. I received a response in 24 hours and the claim was paid.

    Purchasing the insurance was a nice experience and very easy.
    Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with breast cancer before our scheduled trip. I have already had one surgery an another is scheduled for next week.
    We had to cancel our trip and will try again at a later date.

    I submitted a claim to cancel my trip due to hurricane at that location and have heard nothing more I am really dissatisfied. I have used Roam Right repeatedly for vacations but I am starting to question if I will again. My claim was submitted before hurricane Irma.

    Prior to my recent trip, I had never before purchased trip insurance. The Squaremouth website allowed me to research and compare several insurance providers. I selected RoamRight and was not disappointed. Hurricane Irma caused a major trip interruption and forced me to file a claim. RoamRight handled my claim very quickly. Their customer service personnel were always helpful and professional. I would definitely select RoamRight insurance for my next trip.
