    The claim was settled for less than the amount claimed, due to lack of receipts. It was a small amount that I didn't have time and desire to fight back which is what happens in most of the insurance claims.

    My claim was processed very fast, and received a check only a few days after it was complete. It was a very painless procedure!

    RoamRight requires that I submit my claim with my health insurance provider so they can see what, if anything, is covered and presumably pay the difference. I filed the claim with my health insurance last week and I'm waiting for their EoB.

    Called to discuss potential claim re: lost luggage and received polite advice and emailed claim form. Luggage delivered 3 days later/no need for claim. Not sure how things would go if claim was filed, but preliminary experience was positive.
