My interaction is not complete with Roam Right yet. To date my experience with Roam Right has been good. They quickly responded to my email and also sent an email letting me know they had received my claim. Once the claim process is completed I will be able to give a better and more complete review.

Good job on the claim. Roam Right requested additional information to make final decision. Mailed them additional information and claim was processed quickly after.
Thus far, interactions with RoamRight have been entirely online. I have submitted all paperwork and am waiting for a determination of the claim. I am a bit surprised that I haven't been contacted by a live person, but I have received periodic e-mails from costumer service so I am being patient.

Due to emergency surgery, I needed to file a modest claim for the cost of plane tickets and a few non refundable deposits. The claim was made online, which was a relatively smooth and straightforward process. While the claim was honored, it took a bit more time than expected. Overall, however, I am pleased with the company I used and would use it again.

I like the ease of buying the policy online. Questions were answered promptly. I Lao like having access and being able to print the policy anytime I need.

Very prompt handling of my claim with check received in full amount of claim.
RoamRight was good. Staff was knowledgeable, the policy had coverage for a business owner in the event the business owner had to cancel for work related reasons. This feature is not widely available.
When we were stuck in the airport with our flight cancelled, i phoned RoamRight and they were very helpful in explaining all my options.
Did not need so use, so all good. I was scared of Zika so wanted coverage.
My daughter suffered an injury cancelling our travel plans. The claim was handled within a,week. I received rapid reimbursement. Great service!
So far we have used RR several times Our experience has been good. Cancelled flight help and insurance payments for overnights and Neal's and alternative transport all went smoothly..
