policy, I heard NOTHING from RoamRight. Very upsetting!

And if you had needed help or needed to file a claim, we would have kept you informed about its progress by email and through the My Account section of the RoamRight website.
Likewise, if a major event occurred in your destination while you were there, we would have reached out to you directly to check on your safety and well-being. We also would have taken that opportunity to remind you of the resources you have as part of your RoamRight policy.

This is Kevin xxxxxxxxxx. Jean xxxxx is my wife. She is in a lot of pain and will be going to the hospital to resolve this issue in 2 weeks. therefore I have been dealing with this.
So far the claim process is going well. I just got the physician's report and will be mailing it in today. The help with the claim so far has been excellent. Buying the insurance was with a whole group of insurances on-line so not too personal.
If claim goes well which so far it has then I will be completely satisfied. You should probably survey me after that.
The entire process of inquiry, purchase and initiating a claim were smooth and flawless. A claim has been filed and , so far, that experience has been efficient and courteous.
Two previous claims were processed very quickly
My interaction is not complete with Roam Right yet. To date my experience with Roam Right has been good. They quickly responded to my email and also sent an email letting me know they had received my claim. Once the claim process is completed I will be able to give a better and more complete review.

Very prompt handling of my claim with check received in full amount of claim.
RoamRight was good. Staff was knowledgeable, the policy had coverage for a business owner in the event the business owner had to cancel for work related reasons. This feature is not widely available.
When we were stuck in the airport with our flight cancelled, i phoned RoamRight and they were very helpful in explaining all my options.
Did not need so use, so all good. I was scared of Zika so wanted coverage.
