Policy is so tricky, international support by phone told us that hotel fees because flight delay will be cover plus $100 per traveler for clothes because our checked bag was missing and we have nothing no personal items, all the gear for our hiking etc... in other country we save every receipt... policy shows travel delay per person was $250 covered after 12hours delay, we were two days later!... bagage delay was $100 per person and our bag was missing for five days!, policy shows $250 for missing connection and we lost four connections then when we submit the claim Seven Corners denied any payment because missing connection only apply to cruise and tours... we expended over a thousand dollars in other country due to this emergency situations and Seven Corners only send to us $200 for two travelers, it was a shame.
I am not recommended your company to anybody, your travel protection is very weak, I will post my review in any social media so nobody else is fool by Seven Corners travel insurance.
I have used SC for years and have always been satisfied with their service. Their customer service is one of the best on the Internet. I am awaiting the adjustment of my claim and I am sure that they will deal fairly.

Our flight home was delayed enough to require an overnight in SFO. I called to see what would be required to backup a claim if we spent the night in a hotel. We ended up spending the night at the airport, incurring no cost and so will not be filing a claim. The agent handling 24 hour service was very nice, very knowledgeable and sympathetic to our situation. I could not have asked for better help.
I’m still waiting for my claim to be processed. It’s been almost a month.

When I contacted your company upon return with an issue, your representative, Kyle Leichtman, was incredibly helpful. He even took it upon himself to check with a supervisor about something that I did not even ask about.
