They were informative and courteous. I did mention this company to several people on my trip and hopefully they will consider next time they travel. Since I did not need to make a claim I can not comment , but would hope to expect the same professional treatment as when I purchased the policy.

October 29, 2018Mark from CO Verified Squaremouth CustomerOur baggage was delayed by more than 24 hours and we finally had to go to the airport in Glasgow to retrieve it as neither United or BA could get it together to get it to us.
I called Tin Leg and they were helpful but I realized that this was not going to be much of a claim, so I went on with our trip. Tin Leg has been exceptional in following up with me about my claim call. I will be having a interview with them in 2 days to review the claim.

I had a very small claim that I was going to forget but Squaremouth and Tinleg pestered me to file. The process was easy and the claim was paid right away.

The agent was helpful and knowledgeable. She reassured us that we were indeed covered and if it became necessary the procedure for making a claim. The hurricane eventually shifted course and are trip was uneventful. Traveling again in January and will be booking through you and with Tin Leg.
