I did not completely understand the policy limits vis a vis reimbursement of airline ticket costs and those could be explained better.
We had to cancel our trip because of my wife's illness and we filed a claim for which we received insufficient reimbursement of covered expenses; we are appealing the claim now and that is why it is not yet complete. I have been in touch today with Brandy Morse who is helping sort out the issue of insufficient reimbursement as it relates to your Zero Complaint Guarantee(one of the main reasons we used Tin Leg to begin with!)
Quick response to my Email about coverage while on my trip. Waiting to get a response to my claim which is being mailed to them today. Will save judgement about recommending until I hear from them.

Very pleased with Tin Leg, which I used for the first time this summer. I called customer service a couple of times for information and for help filing a claim, and each time spoke with people who were courteous and helpful. My claim (for one night's prepaid lodging forfeited because of a 22 hour flight delay) was processed quickly and easily. I will definitely continue to use Tin Leg for future travels! 5 stars!
We did not have a claim during our trip. However it was reassuring knowing that we had coverage if the need had developed.
We traveled to Russia and luckly were abel to get out Visa's (a week befor we left ) I contacted you as to wheather my travel insurace would cover the USA imposing an imbargo on UA citizen from travel in Russia...your rep. was NOT sure that that would be covered.
