    It is easy to sign up and pay for SquareMouth insurance and I have used the service a number of times. My level of satisfaction for this particular experience will be determined by how well my claim is handled. This is my first experience with filing a claim so keeping my fingers crossed that it is a pleasant experience.

    I am very satisfied with the completion of my claim which was paid in full as outlined in the insurance documentation. The claim took about six weeks to run its course.

    Simple process. When I contacted customer service all my questions were answered so I could proceed to choose the right coverage for us.

    It would be nice to be offered both *.pdf and text format for policy. In addition, I think the font should be larger when listing exclusions to a policy. I did not have to file a claim but I think e-mailing separately just the contact info would make for better customer service. Otherwise it was a good experience.

    It was easy to purchase a policy and easy to understand the coverage I was buying. I wanted specific coverage which I was able to select. Most of all I was glad that the trip went well and I did not need to file a claim.

    This was the second policy we had with Tin Leg for travel out of the country. We did have a claim on our first Policy which was seamless due to wonderful customer service. That is why we insured our trip to Italy with Tin Leg as well as our next trip to the Dominican Republic in 2017.

    Tin Leg is reasonable, has good customer service, and is easy to enroll in online.

    The material provided to me via email, including the proof of insurance card, would not print on my iMac. I called customer service. The rep had no clue what to do. He suggested if I was dissatisfied that they would cancel my policy. Wonderful customer service, NOT. This is from a company that claims to offer 24 hour customer service. I worked about an hour with a very computer savvy neighbor to solve the problem. The promise of a return call when their more knowledgeable expert arrived never came. Wow! At least their non service orientation is consistent.

    What we found:
    You contacted us on because you were unable to print the policy documentation that was emailed to you after you purchased your policy.

    Our agent was not able to determine why the documentation would not print and reported the issue to their supervisor.

    What we did about it:
    We apologize for not providing you with a solution. The supervisor determined there was a technical error that prevented your policy from printing. This error was corrected and a policy was re-sent to you immediately. However, we neglected to call you back to confirm you could print the new documentation.

    I have met all the requirements that Tin Leg has asked for and they still come up with more requirements .I even got a partial refund and I was totally honest with them and reported to them. Now it will be another 7 business days to wait.

    What we found:
    We received your completed claim form 8/15/2016. Because your claim was due to a medical condition, additional information was requested from the physician that advised cancelling your trip. The information we requested is standard for all claims that result from a medical condition.

    What we did about it:
    A claims agent contacted you on 8/15/2016 to explain why we were requesting the additional information. You were also provided with claim updates on 8/22/2016 and 8/30/2016. We will finalize your claim as soon as we receive the requested information.
