I got under 50% of my medical bills reimbursed (210 out of 500+).
I got rejected the first time, for a reason which wasn't true, re-submitted my claim and got it accepted.
Never got notified of the rejection, so I had to call to get the case re-opened.
The second case got stalled at a step, so I had to call to follow up again.
And I'm still waiting to get my claim cheque. So really it's still unfulfilled.
Whole process felt like, and still feels like you're trying to **** over the customer.
Extremely quick resolution to my claim. Very satisfied and would purchase through them again without a doubt.
My husband became ill while we were traveling and looked as through we may need to seek medical attention. While, thankfully, we did not need to do, I was comforted by the detailed information in our policy that guaranteed that we would have been well taken care of. The premium for the policy was absolutely worth the peace of mind we had and will certainly buy again!
Prior to my trip the cost of the cruise was reduced substantially .I called Tin Leg to see if I could get the ins. cost reduced. After the agent research the possibility I was given the requested reduction in costs.
I filed a claim January 13th before my trip. I had to cancel because of illness. I filed all of the necessary forms, etc.. It is February 25th and and I am still waiting for this to be resolved......not happy.

Squaremouth.com made it easy to compare policies. For my trip, Tinleg was easy to work with and had the best value for what I wanted (high emergency medical and evacuation coverage). I have used Tinleg before after going through Squaremouth.com. However, I have never had to make a claim, so I don't know if they actually provide good insurance. I would strongly recommend relying on reviews of people who have filed a claim rather than people who found the buying experience good but have never filed a claim.
Very kind person I worked with. Worked very hard to find a fair solution. I will use Tin Leg exclusively moving forward because of their outstanding service.
I was told before taking my trip that a portion of my trip would be refunded to me as my travel partner had to cancel due to medical reasons. It has now been 5 days since submitting my claim, and I am told it will be another week before it may be approved. It seems lengthy as it was allegedly approved prior to my leaving.

Started to file a claim for delayed luggage. Contacted Tin Leg by telephone and the representative was very professional and helpful. Much more so than Air France!! Now awaiting the claim forms to submit.
Your service did not tell me that I need to provide the airline's document that the flight was cancelled until I contacted a few weeks later to find out about this.
