    This claim has been filed; however, it is on hold until after 12/2/2105 as it involves a claim for travel cancellation with United Air. We have until 12/2 to rebook. We will not be doing so but need to wait until after that date to confirm that we did not rebook and that credit card insurance is not paying a claim under its trip cancellation coverage. This makes sense.

    We are very happy with TinLeg as this has been a frustrating travel year. Earlier Turkish Air lost all of our luggage (3 suitcases.) TinLeg did compensate us for this loss. It was not total reimbursement but followed the guidelines and our entitlement.

    STILL Waiting for a refund after submitting what you asked for. Room mate for that cruise sent in his claim a week after me and has received a refund a couple of days ago.

    I apologize for your negative experience and the time it is taking to process your claim.

    I confirmed with our claims department we received your medical documentation on 7/07/2015.

    However, in order to process your claim, the claims department is requesting a completed claim form along with the cancellation notices from your tour provider and all booking confirmations. A letter was sent on 7/24/2015 requesting this documentation.

    A member of our claims department will contact you today to provide you with a claim form and a copy of the letter in the event you did not receive these initially.

    I purchased the travel insurance at the last minute and Tin Leg has the best value/cost. We didn't need to use it after all, but I think I'll get the policy from them next time too.

    I had my accident June 9th. I fell in Paris and fractured
    a bone in my foot we had to fly out on the 11th. My husband filed our claim that week and we received one letter for medical. Saying a check was being sent out. They mailed it to the wrong state. Not good. Never receive that check.
    I have called and my insurance person has called with nothing happening. I am very disappointed in the way this has been handle. I would like a definite answer with when I am going to receive my checks?.at this point I don!t think I would be able to recommend this company.

    I had good experience with Tin Leg and dealing with the customer service regarding my claim.
    I heard good comment about this insurance company prior to my purchasing the policy and my comments did not change after purchasing the policy. I definitely recommend it to my friends
    The only comment I would like to mention is that it takes some time to respond to the claim. As of now I did not collect on the claim. You might have good reason for the delay
    In general it is great.
