    I have used Squaremouth for several trips, and the service has been outstanding each time. I mainly contact Squaremouth for assistance in understanding the differences in the policies that I am considering and for help with a variety of unusual questions about issues I have raised. Every single person with whom I have dealt is knowledgeable, attentive, courteous and responsive. I couldn't ask for better care.

    The reply to paperwork and getting information to me was extremely slow. I filed my claim with all my paperwork and didnt hear anything about it until over a month later.

    I was unable to connect with your claim department from the hotel front desk in Peru. I was put on infinite hold at a cost of $25 in phone charges and never got through. I tried pressing the star key to get a call back, but that didn't work either.

    I look forward to a smooth claim filing experience and will let you know if I have problems with it.

    I called with a question, prior to actually purchasing the policy, to help me clarify what was covered. The operator on the phone was very helpful, polite, and not in a rush to hang up with me (as many operators for other companies are).
