    Never heard from Travelex after claim, no explanation of how it would work. Bag was found but still never heard from them.
    Also, no written procedure if suitcase is lost by airline.

    We are thankful we found a travel ins. co we felt we could depend on and afford, and we're glad we did not need to use our insurance. If we ned ins.again, we will definitly contact your Squaremouth Travel Co.

    As far as I know everything went okay when the insurance was taken out. My sister traveled with us and she made all the insurance arrangements.

    We didn't have any reason to use the insurance.

    Since everything was done online, I really had no "customer service".

    During Trip
    We never had to use the insurance and therefore had no customer service during the trip.
