    Claim took 5 weeks to complete, multiple requests for same items.
    Communication not great!
    In the end, they refuse to cover medical expenses, but covered the rest of the trip!
    Not satisfied with the outcome!

    I just mail the medical information , I still waiting for reply

    The travel safe denied my claim for trip interruption even thought my illness is severe and got the medical doctor exams and medication . The doctor advice me come back home for further treatment
    So we bought a ticket to go back to US home

    I do not see what the reason why the travel safe denied my claim . The letter they sent to us for denied my claim is not correct and unreasonable .
    Please kindly reconsider my claim

    Very easy to deal with TravelSafe. Website was easy to navigate and our initial purchase was travel medical. Later we called to add Trip Insurance after we decided to go the tour route and had pre=paid fees. I believe it was Debby > who advised how to add Trip insurance to the existing policy.

    We did file a claim yesterday with you and with Aer Lingus. We did not get our baggage in Edinburgh for 56 hours after our arrival. Bags were promised within 24 hours but that did not take place. The next day they said our bags would be coming on an afternoon flight from Dublin. We took a bus to the EDI airport to get our luggage direct so we didn't have to wait any longer.

    We did buy/submit receipts for 2 jackets, 2 shirts, toiletries and socks. We also submitted receipts for RT bus fare and overseas phone charges for our several conversations with the baggage people and Aer Lingus.

    Otherwise, all was good and we had a lovely trip.
