    Travelsafe was fine; but Squaremouth got the destination details of our vacation completely wrong when they brokered the policy. Had I not had need to communicate with the Travelsafe beforehand I would not have discovered the error and our coverage might well have been denied had we any need to file a claim. Travelsafe seemed professional and gave me the impression that Squaremouth was not.

    Very pleasant experience. It was easy to compare the various insurance providers based on my insurance needs and I appreciated the ease of selecting a provider.

    I tried to call customer service while on vacation with a policy question about trip interruption and was on hold for quite sometime. I hung up and sent an email instead. Never got a response. Sent a second email a week later and still no response. Guess I’m on my own to figure out my policy coverage.

    When purchasing, agent was very helpful in explaining plan and what was covered and what we wnated to cover. We got exctly what was needed at a fair price for our trip.

    24 hour service called from hospital on trip was VERY helpful - after returning and ready to submit claim, customer service was helpful on getting started - claim form is awful - extreme amount of documentation required for claim - unable to speak with personnel actually processing the claim for answers to questions - only get customer service reps who seem to only be able to see the same thing I can already see online for status - status online very vague - explanation of entire process very poor - did not expect the process and payments to be very quick on the medical portion as I understood that our primary health insurance had to process first, but expected the trip interruption portion could be processed pretty quickly - this did not happen - all was put on hold until after I had the EOB from the health insurance to submit - did finally get all payments but the e-checks caused difficulty with our bank, which had not dealt with them before - would be nice to be able to request "real" checks for all payments. All in all, just need to be prepared for submitting a lot of documentation and staying on top of it to get processed. This was our first time having to actually file a claim on travel insurance and it was about what I expected from reading reviews on all of the insurance providers.

    You made the entire insurance buying experience easy. I found your prices to be the best available. When I spoke to Squaremouth customer service you answered quickly. The answers I received from your team were very helpful when making my decisions. When I had a small change to make after purchasing the insurance that was also handled quickly and efficiently. I will absolutely be making future purchases of insurance from you folks. Thank you

    We had an itinerary change at the last minute due to "routine maintenance" on the tender boat at one of the ports of call. The cruise line decided to run the ports of call in reverse which put our sea days at the beginning of the cruise instead of the end. My husband became very sick with a terrible cold the last two days of the cruise which caused him not to be able to get off the ship at the last port. We had change of itinerary coverage but because it didn't cost us any additional money we could not file a claim. I called customer service and was told they are a" reimbursement only insurance not an insurance for being inconvenienced". Meanwhile, others on the ship are getting back up to $750 from their insurance. I will not use this company again, nor will I recommend Squaremouth or TravelSafe to anyone on the FB pages I am on. In fact, I have already started telling people I do recommend this company.

    Your website and customer service worked well. Insurance is something that a you really don't want to buy, but it does cover a person's downside risk. It is very important to have the peace of mind and in the event of a problem to have financial backing and assistance to handle it.. The TravelSafe Insurance provided that support. I didn't need to use it, but it would have provided good help if I needed it. I was very happy with my purchase of the TravelSafe Insurance for my family trip.

    I used TravelSafe last year and filed a claim. It took 5 months of constant follow up and escalations to get reimbursement. I like their coverage amounts and pricing so I was drawn to use them again for this recent trip I took but this time I purchased through Squaremouth in hopes I'd have some extra help in the event I cannot get answers from TravelSafe. I just submitted a claim and will wait to see how it goes collecting on my claim this time around.
