I was then able to contact a customer service rep who was very helpful in answering all questions I had to determine which policy was best for our needs as well as in verifying my understanding of many of the legal terms for a fully informed decision. Fortunately, we did not need to file a claim as everything went as planned. However, it was great peace of mind knowing we were covered if an issue had arisen prior to or during our trip!

I tell all my friends to purchase their travel insurance through Square Mouth. Be smart and buy the best, Square Mouth. I know I sound like a sales person, but, I am really happy with this company. I have used them numerous times for overseas travel.

I had actually claimed once before due to my need to cancel a previous trip several months ago, and though the claim took a couple of months for them to process due to a backlog of claims they were dealing with at the time, they paid me in full and acted professionally throughout.

The flight was delayed full one day. That is verifiable. You must not question and ask for receipts. People have to spend the day somehow and that should be peoples decision. Your policy should provide a fixed $ amount per person per day - period. No questions asked.
