Did not us policy. Should have put coverage on flight also as our departing flight was cancelled due to storm we had to find our own flight. Had two rent a car and drive four hours to Newark, NJ and take JetBlue. A real hassle and added expense of $500+,
Immediately got our insurance info via e-mail. That is the only dealing I had with the carrier. We had no reason to contact them during or after the trip and will not be making a claim.

Purchasing your insurance was easy, being able to compare the plans side by side makes the choice easier. Fortunately we didn't need it during our cruise, but we had peace of mind knowing we were covered it needed.
