i could have made a claim but I failed toread my policy thoroughly....my bags were late by 24 hours...had to buy some clothes and necessities....my fault.....
We didn't have to use the insurance, but the purchasing and paperwork went smoothly.
Since I didn't have a claim, the only thing I can rate is the policy and delivery time obtaining policy. It took a couple of days before I received from the company, but Squaremouth had already provided summary. Good experience, will use all the time and hopefully the same insurance company.
Could not locate my email with the policy. I called Co. and staff very pleasant, helpful...said there was no problem. Then as I was talking to her, I was able to find the correct email. Good customer service.

Had to cancel trip due to sickness of son. Notified insurance company but have not yet submitted the documentation.
NB: Rx meds are not covered, our luggage has been lost/delayed for 7 days and most prescription insurance companies will not cover refills if less than the alotted time.
The purchasing went well! I also contacted their customer service concerning changes in my trip and they immediately adjusted the details. Satisfied!
