We received our policy information by email within a few hours of purchasing our policy.
We had to cancel our trip a few weeks before departure due to my husband's illness and hospitalization.
We filed our claim online and downloaded all the necessary forms. After waiting for the Attending Physician's Statement from our doctor, we mailed the claim forms on 10/2/10.
Rating is based on product rating, price and features offered. Did not file a claim so can't comment on the company's willingness and ability to follow through on a claim process.
i could have made a claim but I failed toread my policy thoroughly....my bags were late by 24 hours...had to buy some clothes and necessities....my fault.....

Since I didn't have a claim, the only thing I can rate is the policy and delivery time obtaining policy. It took a couple of days before I received from the company, but Squaremouth had already provided summary. Good experience, will use all the time and hopefully the same insurance company.
Could not locate my email with the policy. I called Co. and staff very pleasant, helpful...said there was no problem. Then as I was talking to her, I was able to find the correct email. Good customer service.
