    Buying the policy was very smooth and easy. I am in the process of filing a claim for loss of backpack with contents. I will comment again after the claim is completed.

    Well I am reserved at this pont to see how the claim managment goes. I haveonly had to use my trip insurance policies onc in about 20 years but I sufferred a sbstantial setback on thei trip and have tried to start the claim process prior to leaving due to cancelled flights to my destination
