August 2, 2014Charles from IL Verified Squaremouth CustomerWas this review helpful to you?Until I discussed the policy I was looking for with customer service, I was a little confused on which policy to get, but after I discussed this with customer service and they filtered the policy type I needed with the coverage I was looking for, it was a much better experience and I would recommend this site to my friends and family.

I have filed a claim with them which was very tedious to fill out and I just heard back from them, (about 30 days went by). I had to call them to see if they had received the claim. I will wait to comment on recommending them until this claim is resolved. So far I have not been impressed.

That is still not resolved and my insurance covered for my whole trip. Also, I had no luggage for 15 days and 200 USD does not begin to cover having to buy clothes for that long.
