    During Trip
    since I didn't have to use the insurance,i don't know how good they are.But I will definitly use squaremouth again,i rely like the service you are providing by getting the best quote and will make sure the client are helped if they have a claim

    I found everything prior to the trip quite seamless. thank you.

    During Trip
    I could not call toll free, just did not work and I am fairly tech savvy. Then it took a while to get the claim form. I had to ask several times.

    Claim Process
    I submitted the claim and have not received an email response. AM still waiting.

    Before Trip
    Our selection of the Insurance company CSA was based on a combination of price and coverage. Our main concerns were cancellation before the trip, lost luggage during the trip, and if someone got sick and we needed to go home part way through the trip. We had none of those issues, enjoyed our trip, but felt self assured that we were covered for most anything that could ruin the trip.

    During Trip
    We had no issues on the trip and did not need to seek help from the carrier. However, we had all the necessary phone #'s to seek help if needed.
