Since all transactions were done on-line, I rated 5 stars on all of the above due to ease of access and completion of our insurance needs. We received our confirmation and policy via email within minutes.During Trip
No contact was necessary.Claim Process
No claims were made although we wished we had gotten some type of theft insurance when our laptop was stolen at our hotel! We were happy not to have made a claim for medical problems.

I never took the trip. A storm came up and I cancelled the insurance after getting my airline refund. Even the same day as the trip, they let me cancel and get my money back. They may have been afraid I would file a claim for change fees though.

Why I am rating customer servic low is not that the person was lacking but that the policy did not provide moving my existing 1 week policy(postponded because of Hurricane Sandy) to the week provided by my travel agent as a replacement for our cancelled flight. Yet I had no claim????During Trip
