    Medical note and all documentation has been supplied to MH Ross and still I have not received any refund. I've called several times and they are RIDICULOUSLY slow. I'm 100% confident that we are eligible for a refund based on the severity of my son's condition so I have no idea why this is taking so long. The last time I purchased an insurance plan and had to cancel I was reimbursed within days. This is now more than 4 weeks and still no answer from them. Very dissatisfied with their service!

    Read the policy and get all required documents from Doctors office. With out them you would not get refund. Took lots of time coping paperwork, filling out forms and geting it all sent off but was worth the time. Was refunded the money spent on doctors visit and medicine.

    Would recommend this policy.

    Due to the Air France pilot strike, our flight from Paris to New York were cancelled. I attempted to contact customer service to obtain assistance with re-booking our flights but when I tried to call the number collect, my call was rejected several times. I ended up getting assistance from Delta airlines who had a direct dial number I could call in Paris.
    I found it especially difficult to even make a collect call. No one at the hotel was able to tell me how to do that from our hotel room and public phones just do not exist anymore. The cell phone we took with us died 2 days into the trip so we couldn't use it. You need to provide a better way to reach your customer service from outside the US. Calling collect is an extremely difficult option to use.

    Hi: We are in process of working with Ross on our claim but having trouble accessing our forms online. On phone with them this morning so we'll see.

    Long story sho,rt there are two parts to our claim. 1) At the start of the trip we had items stolen from our luggage somewhere at or between Amsterdam and Kilimanjaro when our bags were delayed 36 hours. 2) At the end of the trip one of the covered travelors broke her ankle and leg in Zanzibar. Telephone contact is difficult and internet connection nearly impossible. However, with some assistance we got a Ross representative. Frankly, they seemed a bit clueless and kept talking about faxing 5 pages to the hospital that they needed back before she left. He didn't seem to get that we were in a small "third world" hospital were everyone speaks Swahili and I really doubt they even have a fax machine! At any rate, we kept all receipts. We are home now dealing with the injury; in fact she is having surgery today.

    We will know more later the degree of satisfaction with settling our claim with Ross. Any guidance SquareMouth can provide is appreciated. Thank you.

    MH Ross charged my credit card FOUR TIMES for this ONE purchase. Squaremouth tried very hard to correct this error. MH Ross even flat out denied that they had charged my account four times and asked me to provide proof. While this situation was resolved eventually, it took almost a month. When I spoke with the MH Ross agent, he threw up his hands and said there was nothing that he could do and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. While I may use Squaremouth again, I will never, ever buy insurance from MH Ross again.

    I am really sorry for the errors that occurred when you purchased a policy with us. I can confirm there was an interim technical issue between us and MH Ross during your purchase. Because of this, your credit card was charged multiple times. We contacted MH Ross to reverse the duplicate charges as soon as we were notified of the error.

    Again, I apologize for the frustration the entire process caused.
