I like the ease of buying the policy online. Questions were answered promptly. I Lao like having access and being able to print the policy anytime I need.
We actually thought we would be filing a claim because we were guaranteed by Royal Caribbean that we would be able to make a 11:40 flight return flight home but we were not able to get off ship and make that flight. We got to airport as our flight was departing. We were very upset about that because we had obligations and needed to get home that day. We were very surprised that southwest was able to get us on a flight 4 hours later all 10 of us. We figured we would have to stay over. I don't assume that we have any reason to file a claim because the airlines did not charge us any thing. So other than a couple of extra meals we were not out extra money.
I am waiting for refund on a cancelled flight from Sacramento to Belize city. American is "reviewing" our request and taking their sweet time. Can square mouth help with this process?
The process was simple and straightforward. Everything was done online. I'm 100% satisfied with roamright and would recommend them to anyone . I had to give a rating for my interaction with roamright during the trip, so I gave them 5 stars. However, I didn't go on the trip to to an illness of one of my travel companions, so that particular rating was made up just to be able to complete the review
Getting the right coverage was extremely easy and low cost.
as a on going customer I've always found squaremouth a helpful and much appreciated web site ..as it provides tailor made access to travel insurance at 1/2 to a 1/3 of the cost as they same coverage offered buy airlines, travel agencies or tour providers. keep up the good work
Unless one files a claim one cant really decide whether the carrier is good or not.
The website was hard to navigate through and I couldn't find the right insurance for me without asking someone. SO I had to talk to customer service which were helpful. The internet connection was a bit shaky so instead of the chat box closed instead of paused so in the midst of my conversation it shut off and I had to start a new with a new person and re-stating the whole conversation and what type of insurance I was looking for. Then when I manged to buy the insurance a default message appeared on the screen saying that the insurance was bought but not yet processed due to an error. Then I waited and waited to see if the charge would show up on my CC account but it didn't so then I had to send a message to customer service rep explaining what happened but only got an automated reply back saying that someone would be with me shorty. Got a message the next day and thankfully it was then fixed and I ended up getting the insurance. It was a bit stressful though. Wish that it was a much easier and smoother transaction.
Excellent customer service and product that provided piece of mind prior to and during our cruise.
After shopping several travel insurance carriers, I chose Sqaremouth because they offered better coverage for less money than their competition. I was able to choose the level of insurance I wanted that contained the specific item coverage I was looking for. Although I will not be making a claim, I would definitely choose Sqaremouth again, especially for costly trips overseas.
