    I've used roam right multiple times over the past several yeats. They offer good rates and great customer service. I had a previous small claim and it was paid promptly

    The agent was efficient and responsive to our claim and what they needed to finalize the process. The check arrived within several weeks of having all documentation submitted. Overall, a very good experience.

    It's very difficult to file a Claim with their online form. They want extra documentation but don't give you a way to include those documents on the form. Is that a way to prevent the claim or just an IT error?

    Roam Right medical folks read my medical history & decided to send a "rescue" nurse (Chris) to assist me.
    Turns out, that was a critical decision as I needed not only physical help for my broken leg, but oxygen
    as well. Chris was essential and I couldn't have gotten home without him.

    Before the cruise, we did not receive all the paper work. We contacted the carrier and received it quickly.

    The process of purchasing my policy and receiving documentation was easy. I'm so glad I purchased the coverage, as my return was delayed due to weather, meaning the airline had no obligation to cover my expenses. I'm submitting a claim to cover two days' hotel expenses that otherwise I would have had to cover.

    It turns out that the $500 per person missed connection benefit is woefully inadequate for international flights despite a $800 per person policy. The other limits seem as better coverage for likely need.

    Fortunately, I didn't need it. It was affordable and I was happy to have it with me while I was traveling. When I called them with a question before I left for my trip, I got a very quick response and the person I spoke with was pleasant and seemed to be have a lot if information.
