    I found the representatives to be friendly and knowledgeable while i was getting quotes. Getting the policy was very easy and luckily I did not need to make a claim.

    RoamRight 24 hour assistance is excellent in our opinion. During the first half of our trip, we forgot our medications that contain mine and my husband’s important medication at the cruise ship. I called RoamRight 24 hour assistance and the person that answers the phone was very polite and very helpful. She contacted the cruise ship, the cruise company customer service, and my husband's doctor right away. We we're able to resolve our problem within 2 days. I highly recommend RoamRight and we will definitely purchase travel insurance again with them in the future.

    Both customer service and 24 hr assistance staff were friendly, clear spoken, and helpful in addressing my concerns as they came up - both in advance of the trip and while abroad

    I ended up in the ER of University of Amsterdam Medical Center. I was there for 13 hours and had multiple test. We presented the documents you gave us. To date, we have not been billed.

    I've called three times with different questions about filling out the claim.- a couple of weeks apart. Each time the person on the line was helpful, friendly and answered my questions right away. I am in the process of getting the doctor to fill out her form. Hopeful the ongoing process will be just as wonderful.

    I mailed in the forms on July 18, 2017, received confirmation they were received and being reviewed on July 21, 2017 and received the full amount requested in the mail by August 5, 2017. No problems. Directions and forms were straight forward. I would use them again in a moment.

    They were helpful and understanding when I called with a question regarding my claim.

    Actually, I'd give them 4 3/4 stars. I emailed my claim (trip delay), but heard nothing back. I eventually called and was told that my claim was received and it would take 4 weeks or so to process. About four weeks later, I received a check in the mail for for my full claim. Nice!

    I would think that it would help the adjusters as well as the clients if some response were to be given on receipt of a claim with information on an appropriate wait time.

    It's so hard to find anything that I need to file a claim. I called them on the phone and had to wait for a callback. They call back but could not help me. of course! I'm filing a medical claim and they said I have to do it online. But their instructions are not clear. I hope they can just email me the forms and let me know by phone what I need to do.

Additionally, you do not need to complete the forms online. You can print them and fax them as well. If you would like one of our claims representatives to email you the claim forms and walk you through the process, we are more than happy to do that. You can contact the claims department at 855-762-6252.

    You can also call our claims department if you have any questions about the suggested next step that our claims administrator provided to you when you first called. We are more than happy to explain that to you again and provide additional details if needed.
