had my backpack with netbook, camera, etc stolen on train in IT. submitted claim on 9/25/16, awaiting results. so far phone conversations with claims people have been helpful.

Spoke to an extremely helpful representative who went out of her way to help insure I selected the best product for my needs. I was short changing myself on coverage and she explained how to increase my protection period at no additional cost to me.
