I called RoamRight on the same day and informed the Agent of our predicament. She was very accommodating and sent us the link on where to file the necessary claim forms. It was the highlight of an otherwise dreary day!

This meant that after my initial purchase of insurance from RoamRight there were three additional costs I needed to add to the policy as the plans evolved. My contacts with Customer Service were pleasant and efficient. Even though travel insurance is costly, it's always good to have completed a trip NOT having to file a claim.
