    The customer service department answered my concerns about my father in law when we were told that he had developed a glioblastoma multiform brain cancer and only had a few months to live which could have caused his death during our cruise. My wife was relieved to find out we were covered, just in case.

    luckily the airline comp'd me for overnight and meals for missed flight. All was well. agent was responsive when I telephoned. No claim as It was unnecessary

    Not very impressed with the knowledge base of your representatives when I made some inquiries about policy specifics prior to purchase.I read the policy details in order to answer my specific questions.Your reps should be more more knowledgeable about what you are selling.

    The process of getting coverage was quick and easy. Your documentation was complete and arrived promptly. There was no fuss or involved paperwork and the price was reasonable for the 9 days of coverage. Here's the irony: I'm praising you because you were NOT a pain to deal with. Thanks for that - it's worth a lot.

    My luggage was lost on the way home after 10 days of travel and I did not receive it for over 70 hours- and in fact I was gone for another 6 days before I would see it again; having to make arrangements to have my luggage safeguarded when dropped off at my vacant home due to having an immediate business trip. Since I was gone for an extended period, all my undergarments, socks and key clothes were gone. I had just over 30 hours at home before leaving on a business trip- not having any idea if my luggage would be returned in time or at all. It was found, but returned after three and a half days. It was disturbing to me that when I called Tin Leg they stated lost/delayed baggage on the return trip is not covered. I was shocked and disappointed in that when my trip is not fully complete in accordance with a reasonably prudent expectation, that my luggage delay insurance somehow disappears. The $200 I expected to receive is not a possibility according to who I spoke to at Tin Leg and when I read their terms the statement is correct. Not a good experience for me though. I thought that is why I bought insurance and will now look for a policy that covers all my travel events in full in the future. Thank you.
