I notified Trawick by email of my situation and that I would be filing a claim. I received back an acknowledgment of my email and that is the only communication so far. I am still in Italy, hoping to be able to return to US in next few days. Once home and settled, I will go through my notes and receipts and file appropriate claims. I would appreciate a follow up from you in several weeks as to my claim experience.
