    Claim processing very slow. When I asked after 3 weeks why I could not track claim online, I was told they were delayed, and claim would not be accessible online for at least a month. Now, 7 weeks after claim submission, it is still not accessible online.

    Very easy working with Square Mouth and with Global Alert. Everyone was extremely professional and courteous. This was the second time I used both companies and was not disappointed either time. In the future, there is no doubt where I will turn for travel insurance. Great job!!

    My travel dates changed so I called the travel insurance company and they told me how to go about changing the dates on the policy. I followed their instructions and they issued a new policy for the new travel dates.

    Michael ******* started having chest pains on 03/16/2018. We took him by taxi to nearest hospital. Complete lack of care. Contacted Global Alert for assistance. Michael stayed in hospital over night with no care or monitors in a hundred bed ward. Talked to doctor in morning about lack of care. He said protocol was to observe for two more days. Michael checked himself out with prescriptions provided by doctor. He was afraid to be there due to fights on ward and lack of care. We contacted Global Alert again on 03/17/2018 and they were going to call me back that afternoon with more information. They said they could not evacuate him if he did not go back to hospital. They wanted him to go back to same hospital and stay two days without any care or monitors. They did not call me back on 03/17/2018. The next time I heard from them was after he had a heart cath at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope, Al, on the afternoon of 03/22/2018. As far as I am concerned, Global Alert did absolutely nothing to help us. Actually they hindered us. because we thought they were doing something to get us home and they were not. We would still be waiting if we did not get home as best we could. The experience with Global Alert was totally unacceptable!

    No apparent progress was made while Trip Mate was the administrator of the claim, but after the transfer to Broadspire it went quickly!

    We submittedthe claim to Trip Mate with complete documentation. Then it was transferred to Btoadspire Then we were harassed tto provide a srarement from United as to the cause of the delay which was obvious snow storm closed Dulles Airport United couu;d not respond We have contacted the SC insurance dept which is helping us

    The call center was ok, but not all that helpful. Very little online information was available, and i just had to hope that everything would work out if i did file a claim.
    my traveling partner got sick and did not go on the trip, and is filing a claim, but is finding the company difficult to work with, unhelpful on the phone, and the claim forms very difficult and confusing.
    Based on that, i would not use your company again.

    I filed a simple medical claim with Global alert - provided all the medical documentation- they told me it was received, then I get a claim update that the claim was closed and not paid - NO explanation - this was a simple claim!!!! I called Trip Mate , the processor for Global Alert and after being on the line for over one hour, I was told that my claim was transferred to affinity claims.com ( 1-855-351-6574 ) I called them and gave my claim number - they have no knowledge of this claim.....Meanwhile I paid over $900 to Princess for medical attention and I have no way of getting my money back. I will again try to call this Trip Mate company to find out where my money is.....I would NEVER buy a policy from Global Alert again ----I have bought many policies through Squaremouth and this is totally unacceptable. I bought a policy for no pre existing conditions and this was a random medical problem easily resolved and I do not have my payment and at this point I do not even know where to go to get it. They have all the medical docs and simply closed the file....can you help with this?
