SHE wasnt pregnant feb 1st and they know that.\r\n\r\nUnhappy to the max
I had two interactions with Squaremouth prior to our trip and neither went well. 1) When I asked for Beneficiary designation forms, the person wasn't sure what it was and wondered why I would need one. C'mon! Does it get any more basic!? And you don't know what it is!? Scary. (Eventually, I did get to Aidan there and he was quite helpful.) 2) I asked about which medical shots were necessary. The person there simply read from a script. They had no idea what it really meant and couldn't offer any interpretive value to me. I was thankful I didn't have to call Squaremouth about anything else.
We never went on the trip due to the death of a family member.
We still have not yet received monies from our claim. The insurance company required extra paperwork, much of which we had already sent. Still waiting for a reply or check from the last info we sent.
Recommended by travel agency. Used previously on another trip and scheduled for use on a third time. This will be our first claim to process. Excellent customer service in selecting plan and easy to do over the phone. Good response on initially filing a claim, but there is considerable paperwork to complete and documentation to be provided with any claim. I have already recommended the policy to another friend that is going with us on our next trip and they likewise got the same type of Global Alert Preferred policy.
Excellent customer service support. Better coverage options than purchasing through cruise line. Money well spent for peace of mind.
I am of course satisfied to have received a check hassle-free. However, after submitting the claim by snail mail, I heard nothing for weeks and assumed that it was being ignored. I could not check the status online because I had not been assigned a claim number. Some form of acknowledgment--an email message or even a postcard--would have alleviated my anxiety and made me more comfortable with the process.
Still processing. I am having trouble accessing forms online
We decided to leave a day earlier because of the danger that we would miss the ship if there was a weather related delay. I called the company to change the start date to one day earlier. They refused even though I wasn't making any claim due to the cost of the ticket change. I only wanted the coverage in case my luggage was lost.
My claim is still in progress. The claim process is less efficient than I think it should be. The easiest way to make it go faster would be for the company to email documents rather than sending them in the mail.
did not need a claim but glad to have the policy.
