System was easy to navigate and any questions were quickly answered.
Fortunately, we did not require any emergency claims service during our trip. Therefore, we cannot rate the Customer Service of the carrier during our trip.
As stated, we did not have any need to file any claims concerning this trip.
Very poor service. They are trying to deny a very modest claim. The coverage is misleading.I will not use this company again.
